This notice is in relation to Pantene Gold Series Hair Masks (500ml).
We are voluntarily withdrawing two Pantene Gold Series Hair Masks (500ml) from stores due to the products being launched as leave-on hair masks while these formulas are designed for rinse-off application. This discrepancy would not be expected to cause any adverse health consequences. However, in light of these findings and out of an abundance of caution in respect of this product quality matter, we are withdrawing these two hair masks from the shelf. We would, however, reiterate that these products are safe for use.
All other Pantene products fully meet our quality standards and are thus not affected by this withdrawal. Nothing is more important to us than the quality of the products we produce and the safety of the people who use them.

This notice is in relation to Pantene Light Touch Dry Conditioner Mist (50ml & 180ml) and Pantene Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist (180ml).
Following recent news regarding detected levels of benzene in some US-made aerosol spray products, we immediately began a review of our total portfolio of aerosol products. Benzene is not an ingredient in any of our products. However, our testing revealed unexpected detection of benzene in 2 dry conditioner sprays made in the US and sold in UK. Daily exposure to the level of benzene detected would not be expected to cause any adverse health consequences. However, in light of these findings, and out of an abundance of caution in respect of this product quality matter, we are withdrawing these 2 dry conditioner sprays from the shelf. We would, however, reiterate that these products are safe for use. The manufacturing partner of our dry conditioner sprays is implementing measures to address the quality issue identified.
All other aerosol spray products that we sell in Europe have passed a rigorous review and we can confirm that they fully meet our quality standards and are thus not affected by this withdrawal. Nothing is more important to us than the quality of the products we produce and the safety of the people who use them.
