Have you ever wondered who the leaders are behind our Company? What do they get up to each day and what makes them tick? For anyone considering joining P&G it’s important to get to know the real people responsible for ensuring everyday products people rely on reach the homes of millions of people across the UK.
P&G has a ‘build from within approach’, meaning people are given real responsibility from Day 1, with a focus on developing and nurturing people that join the company. That means P&G have a host of senior leaders from different backgrounds that have been young talent themselves and have built successful careers through the unique experiences they have had.
